What does "continuous operations" mean in practice?

Do you do on-call rotations?

Where required and operationally supportable, we agree an on-call model and response targets in advance. Coverage depends on system criticality and the available rotation.

How do you take over an existing system?

Onboarding phase (1–2 weeks): system familiarisation, documentation review, monitoring setup, access. During that we already ship quick wins (e.g., monitoring improvements).

How is ops support priced?

Generally a monthly retainer model, based on expected hours and criticality. Plus on-call fees if 24/7 coverage is required.
