Multi-tenant SaaS, complex backends, web and mobile apps. Where logic, scalability, and long-term maintainability matter.

System audit and rework

An existing system that no longer scales, is slow to change, or has become brittle. Deep audit, refactor plan, rebuilding critical points — without an unnecessary full rewrite.

For complex projects we also provide branding and marketing elements where they’re needed. We continue to operate the systems we deliver, with support and maintenance whenever needed. For standalone smaller tasks (a flyer, a quick website, or a single logo) we have more specialised partners we’re happy to recommend.

How we work

We use AI tools for code generation, research, code review, and testing. But every critical decision — architecture, security, release — is made by a senior expert.

Understand

Workshop with your team and AI-assisted codebase analysis. We map the current system, constraints, and business goals.

Prototype

We quickly build a working version — wireframe, low-code app, or production code, whichever is fastest. 2–4 weeks.

Iterate

KPIs, real user testing, refinement. Continuous delivery in small batches, not a months-long waterfall.

EU TAX COMPLIANCE

EU compliance platform for companies operating in Hungary

Problem: A brittle monolithic system blocked rapid adaptation to regulatory changes, and every modification put the whole system at risk.
Solution: We split the monolith into ~30 independently deployable microservices with auditable processing pipelines and strict validation.
Outcome: The team can now independently extend complex tax rules without putting the whole system at risk.

Operations

~30-service fleet operated on Azure Kubernetes — CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, incident handling and on-call support.

REAL-TIME DATA PROCESSING

Deterministic real-time backend for continuous data streams

Problem: Async updates created inconsistent data states with unpredictable production behaviour.
Solution: A rule-based, deterministic processing engine with strict validation — predictable output for every input.
Outcome: Data inconsistencies are gone; the system handles continuous load stably.

24/7 production operations, Firebase infra management, deployment automation and incident response.

MULTI-TENANT PLATFORM

Multi-tenant web application with strict tenant isolation

Problem: Tenant and role boundaries blurred together, and every new tenant onboarding required developer work.
Solution: Tenant isolation enforced at the data and API layer, with clean role-based access boundaries.
Outcome: New tenant onboarding takes minutes, and the codebase can be extended without risk.

Operations

Ongoing platform operations, tenant onboarding, security patching and continuous support.

CONSTRUCTION TIME TRACKING

Mobile app and AI analytics for construction site time tracking

Problem: Workers logged hours manually, which was inaccurate and gave no visibility into material consumption. Anomalies (mismatched quantities, suspicious activity) only surfaced at invoicing — after the fact.
Solution: A React Native mobile app with automatic activity tracking (geofencing + sensors), Node.js backend, and AI-driven analytics on resource and material usage with anomaly detection.
Outcome: Time and material data is available in real time, and anomalies surface before payment. Project managers see what's happening on every site, daily.

Operations

Production mobile app and backend operations, AI model refinement on real data, iOS + Android build pipelines, and incident response.
