This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on our websites (including clevergoat.io and related subpages), for what purposes and for how long, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

The website operator and data controller is Clever Goat Services Kft. (hereinafter “Clever Goat” or “Service Provider”). The data you provide through contact forms or direct email (name, email address, optional phone number, message and any attachments) are used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and maintain communication. Technical log data (IP address, browser type, timestamps, certain cookie identifiers) are necessary to operate and secure the website.

The legal basis for processing is primarily the performance of pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interests (business communication and secure operation of the service), and in some cases your consent (for example for optional analytics or marketing cookies). We only retain your data for as long as necessary: contact data are usually kept for up to 2 years, log data for 6–12 months, and invoicing data for at least 8 years, as required by law.

We may use processors such as hosting providers, form and email delivery providers, security and anti-spam services (for example hCaptcha), and analytics tools – strictly for the purposes set out in our agreements.

You have the right to request information about the data we process about you, to ask for rectification or deletion, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to request data portability. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.
