This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on our websites (including clevergoat.io and related subpages), for what purposes and for how long, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

The company was founded in 2025. Hereinafter: “Clever Goat” or “Service Provider”. The data you provide through contact forms or direct email (name, email address, optional phone number, message and any attachments) are used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and maintain communication. Technical log data (IP address, browser type, timestamps, certain cookie identifiers) are necessary to operate and secure the website.

The legal basis for processing is primarily the performance of pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interests (business communication and secure operation of the service), and in some cases your consent (for example for optional analytics or marketing cookies). We only retain your data for as long as necessary: contact data are usually kept for up to 2 years, log data for 6–12 months, and invoicing data for at least 8 years, as required by law.
