EU compliance platform for companies operating in Hungary

Outcome: The team can now independently extend complex tax rules without putting the whole system at risk.
Problem: A brittle monolithic system blocked rapid adaptation to regulatory changes, and every modification put the whole system at risk.
Solution: We split the monolith into ~30 independently deployable microservices with auditable processing pipelines and strict validation.

~30-service fleet operated on Azure Kubernetes — CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, incident handling and on-call support.

Solution: Tenant isolation enforced at the data and API layer, with clean role-based access boundaries.

New complex platformCONSTRUCTION TIME TRACKING

Mobile time-tracking and site analytics for construction teams

Outcome: Time and material data is available in real time, and anomalies surface before payment. Project managers see what's happening on every site, daily.
Problem: Workers logged hours manually, which was inaccurate and gave no visibility into material consumption. Anomalies (mismatched quantities, suspicious activity) only surfaced at invoicing — after the fact.
Solution: A React Native mobile app with automatic activity tracking (geofencing + sensors), Node.js backend, and AI-driven analytics on resource and material usage with anomaly detection.

Operations

Production mobile app and backend operations, AI model refinement on real data, iOS + Android build pipelines, and incident response.
